The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You will be credited for the returned items and taxes. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Merchandise can be returned in person at our boutique, or by mail (excluding ‘final sale’ items, and gift boxes) within 14 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of scent, with its original packaging, all tags attached, and a copy of your original invoice.
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, thongs, swimwear bottoms, contact breast forms and bodysuits. Please know your size before purchasing these merchandises!
Premier Jour reserves the right to refuse any merchandise for return that does not meet hygiene and health standards. If you received defective merchandise or incorrect items in your order, please note this on your return documentation.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Please return the items in the original shipping package. If you don’t have the original shipping package, please make sure that the packaging is appropriate to avoid damage during transport.
Shipments not in the original packaging that arrive damaged will not be accepted for return.
Once your return has been received and processed by Premier Jour, you will receive a returns shipment email with a returns invoice. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your account to be credited. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
