All shipping and delivery of Premier Jour orders is completed via Canada Post. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This email includes a tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours upon receiving your tracking link before data becomes available.

DELIVERY TIME
Premier Jour normal shipping time is 4 – 6 business days. Please expect a slightly longer shipping time frame during sales and holiday periods.
DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
Premier Jour only ships within Canada. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, only to individuals or businesses with an individual contact name.
PACKAGING
Each order is carefully wrapped in delicate tissue paper and placed inside an unmarked shipping box or shipping envelope. Luxury Gift wrapping services is available for an extra cost.
